Love my job! - Interior Designer Ware Malcomb Employee Review

The culture was very inviting from day one. I didn't feel scared to approach anyone for help and felt I was given adequate training and resources to complete the given tasks. I liked the variety of people I got to work with and the variety of tasks I was given. There were also multiple events and opportunities throughout the month in HQ that were fun to attend. The company is also flexible in terms of scheduling which was very beneficial with this being my first corporate experience.

Sometimes there were days where there wasn't much to do which is anticipated with any internship. It wasn't hard to reach out to people and ask for tasks though :)

The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
