      They order a lot of food - nice co-workers

      Cons

      Management over the accounting department is really horrible! I use the word "management" quite loosely! Most of the accounting department has quit one-by-one because of this poor management. Upper management obviously doesn't care. Two thumbs down to this company for their lack of care and leadership with the accounting team!

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
