      Pros

      The office culture is very team oriented and feels more like a family than co workers which can be hard to find in large companies. WM does a lot to come along side you and help you reach your goals and build your career. You just need to be vocal about it so you are given the right opportunities. The amount of resources and guidance available is great! The projects have given me exposure to new areas of architecture I had not had experience with yet.

      Cons

      The only con at the moment is that we are understaffed so there is a bit of juggling lots of projects at once.

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
