Pros
The General Manager of the studio believes that employees should "skate hard:" show up in the morning, knock out as much work as feasible during the day, and then leave at a reasonable time to go home to their family and have a good personal life. Consequentially there is a very good work-life balance and lots of motivation within the studio. All of the employees (especially the leadership personnel) are passionate about games and care about the other people they work with. It sounds cheesy to me, but it's easy to think of my colleagues as family. Benefits and remunerations are competitive with the industry. The office is quite decent. There are plenty of lunchtime and after-hours activities from online gaming to soccer to yoga and more.
Cons
The larger Wargaming organization is still going through growing pains and inter-studio communication and sharing can be rough, though the corporate bureaucracy is nowhere near as bad as certain other large game development/publishing companies.
