      Nothing really. Maybe cool office.

      Cons

      Worst company for growth and your ambitions. There is no development here, wages are not raised, they are only promised. If you want more difficult work, they don't give it. No mentor, no onboarding. It is difficult to acquire knowledge, there are no guidelines for a designer. Toxic and ill-mannered people.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
