      * Amazing experience to work on an existing AAA project with enormous amount of interdependencies * Internal projects look promising

      Cons

      * Very hard to modify anything in existing projects or do fundamental changes. Price of any mistake is too big to be allowed.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
