- A lot of freedom to attack your region as needed - Inside support groups are each excellent (Inside Proj. Mgrs- Todd, HR, Operations- Mark, Dept of Paul, Marketing- Marla, Leadership!) - Great training to start and get up to speed quickly - clear market presence as top of the line product

- Its expensive, so folks that didn't understand all the benefits took more time to educate -Framers were a bit fearful right until the fist few boards were down- the ah-hah moment you could see on their face

Warmboard is a great place to work. Work/Life balance is respected. Good ideas are run with. Compensation is fair to generous, certainly for this county. Excellent benefits. Employee benefits have increased steadily over the years, the workspace has been upgraded, monthly lunches, fun offsite events, employee recognition awards and more keep morale high. I love my job - I've been here for 12 years there are many who have been here longer. I think the average is about 6-7 years. I have read the one negative review posted on this site, and I strongly disagree with it. This is a great place to work.

I really can't think of any negatives to my job, or the company.
