Pros
Working at a Studio and seeing where the magic happens was always a plus. Also the ability to work in different departments, another plus. I also started off as a temp and got hired on full time. Seems like they enjoy the temp route.
Cons
Pay was low and not competitive IMO. Plus living in LA makes it even more challenging. Spoke to the VP about raise and he said maybe I should live in a least expensive apartment or find a way to make my earnings work with my wife's career.
