Pros
Excellent pay and benefits. Television actors abound and you will certainly see them. A fully equipped gym is on the lot as well as a cafeteria, restaurant, and coffee shop.
Cons
My experience is within IT and the cons are with regard to IT. Completely dysfunctional; largely due to an executive management team that is one generation (or two) past current technology. Unless you are a VP or higher expect to work long hours with little hope of anyone ever recognizing and rewarding your efforts.
