Very kind teachers and administrators. Always anxious to assist whenever needed. Overall, very professional, keeping students at best interest.

Honestly there are were not any cons. Generally speaking, most work places have some issues, but when working in the school setting with teachers and administrators most issues can be resolved if the correct approach is taken.
