Very flexible schedule. Close atmosphere. Hours can be pretty steady for good employees.

Incredibly low pay. Starting is minimum wage, assistant managers make more but far, far less than is deserved when compared to the responsibilities and expected performance. No overtime, no holiday pay. Only general managers get any sort of benefits. Part time management can be expected to work more than forty hours in a week, with no overtime and no benefits except vacation days after a year. This is the type of job that preys on high school and college kids who need flexible scheduling. If all you want is a job to pay some of your expenses you will probably be satisfied here. If you want any sort of upward advancement or to be fairly compensated look elsewhere.
