Pros
- Data is growing exponential and I mean exponential. What does that mean? You need a place to store that data. There's already enough data out there for Wasabi to benefit but there's even more potential on the way with all the emerging technologies you see and the amount of data they produce. -Phenomenal product and offering. Whether IPO or multi billion $ acquisition this company has the potential if small changes are made and trust is given to others. - Easy to sell. - Resellers/Alliances love selling/recommending the product(more upside for the company)
Cons
First, I must point out it took me a while to post this review. I should not feel discouraged to share my thoughts that are purely meant for Wasabi and my peers' benefit but I do feel that way. That's your first con. Also, I must point out that one of, if not a few, of these reviews posted here on Glassdoor have to be made up to change the perspective and try and overshadow the honest reviews written here. The review with "sales are bussin" is fake. No one I know here in sales speaks like that. Just a joke of a review. Anyways, where to start. -Paid WELL BELOW market rate. Feel taken advantage of because it's an "exciting company." There's some real talent here and people aren't compensated for that. -Lack of career growth. It does not seem like management wants you to grow. -Morale on sales couldn't be any lower. - Way too operational on everything. Everything seems to be a process of challenge. Give the sales team all the support they need to sell more quicker. Stop making everything a process. -Lack of a culture. Management does nothing to bring the team together or incentivize the team. -Seems to be a lack of trust. Too much sign off, approval needed on things which slows everything down. Again, operational.
