Pros
The Academy’s current strengths are sound, and it is on an impressive path to lead out in terms of curricular development impacting the intellectual, physical, and social/emotional development of it’s students. Learners here at the Academy have an expansive selection of classes and activities in which to engage, allowing the youth of Wasatch Academy to discover what their passions truly are. Couple this with our inspiring physical location, it is clear to see why Wasatch Academy is truly a special place to be. I am Excited to be apart of this continuous maturation!
Cons
As a private institution we receive no government finical support, impacting our pace at which we grow and develop. The generosity of alumni, student families, philanthropists, and private donors have supported the impressive and immensely appreciated enhancements the Academy has enjoyed over it’s 142 year history. I am not convinced this is truly a “Con” as it keeps us hungry and motivated to provide the best experience possible for all who enter our campus.
