Pros

Good pay. thats really it.

Cons

- Long hours due to horrid upper management. Just because you're divorced and regularly work till 7pm means I want to as well. - Corporate Politics, your usual highschool style drama about petty things. - False advertising regarding onboarding, during the interview I informed the manager that I did not have much exp with Cat. Management (Glorified Contract admin) as I come from Supply Chain background). Was promised to work with team lead to get me ramped up...got 2 weeks of "How to do things" and was then given 5 completely unrelated fields to manage. - Grass greener with the other team, it was painful to watch the other team within the Category Management group function as a group/team. Not best friends but they worked dynamically while our team bickered all the time. -HR is not your friend, they will notify your boss about any interaction you have with them. Disgusting.

Pros

Good work-life balance, 401k match (8%), decent health care, annual bonus opportunity, relatively stable job.

Cons

Can be boring sometimes, reorgs tend to happen every year or two, internal decision making is unclear, often there are turf battles between senior leadership in different parts of the business.
