      Many learning opportunities coming in as an entry level nurse

      Cons

      pay could be better considering the amount of work being done. unsafe nurse to patient ratios. can be extremely clicky on units. management is okay but nit pick and will replace you in a heartbeat

      Pros

      Small department with very friendly and helpful colleagues. Learned something new everyday. Hardly any idle time so days flew by. Ability to work independently, no micromanagement (mostly lol) Great benefits

      Pay could have been better for the workload and dedication required
