      Pros

      Pre-covid there was promise of trip to Cabo. Doubting that will ever happen now. There are some good people working here, some people who care about their jobs so much and are good to work with.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are not good, leadership team is lacking, and having it be a family run business just makes it seem like you’re working hard to get one family richer which is not a good feeling. Do more with less? Why? So your family can buy another Tesla and BMW?

      Pros

      Transparent communication from top leadership and a core value throughout the company. I like the ability to influence change as all the decision makers are in the building. I don't feel like just another cog in the corporate behemoth.

      Cons

      Recruiting has been tough in the past few months and its not from lack of effort by management.
