Pros
The mission, vision and values of WSCC are commendable and the school makes a large difference in the area -- gives a sense of fulfillment to be able to serve the students and community.
Cons
The mission, vision and values seem to be the least important thing to the administrators who only care about advancing their own positions and stepping on whoever they can to get where they are going. Not to mention, the individuals who actually complete all the work are never compensated fairly for the work they do. Instead of a competitive salary, expect to have your picture on a slide show to say "thank you" -- as long as you're lucky.
