Pros
Friendly environment, great benefits, room for advancement. Lots of paid vacation and PTO hours. Family environment. Free coffee. Lots of perks. There was no micro-management at all. It was nice to be able to come into the office, do my job and leave at the end of the day. If I needed to take time off, it was easy to schedule.
Cons
Not any that I can think of right now. Waste Connections was very good about fixing any job-related issues. They did a great job of working with employees to resolve issues and to utilize the strengths of their employees. Advancement was readily available.
