      Pros

      Great place to work, they truly care about the people here and they treat people with respect and kindness. With the exception of a few, I commend everyone in this company for truly living up to the company core values of being a great place to work, having integrity, etc. I would recommend this job 100%. Great compensation, benefits, training, attitude, hours, etc. They always had team building and were very caring towards any employee having a hard time personally.

      Cons

      Some do not abide by the company culture.

      Pros

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
