Pros
Nothing boring about this job. I get to complete all kind of jobs and learn new skills. I used to be a bus mechanic and am having so much fun learning this industry. It is really a cool place to work- I have a mentor that has taken me under his wing. The pay is good and there is enough work to go around
Cons
Not a con but a challenge- takes time to learn how to work on all body styles- I'm getting there.
