      Company Truck, Flexible time during the day. Every day is different.

      Cons

      Constant changes in procedures and policies. Long hours, being available 24/7. Dealing with difficult employees. Change over in personnel.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
