Pros

Does good work for the environment

Cons

This organisation was once a great organisation which lived and breathed its people-focussed values, but in the last couple of years it has lost sight of these core values. They will still tell you that they invest in their staff's well-being but please don't be fooled - they are just paying you lip service. In reality they no longer care how they treat their staff and are ruthless when it comes to cutting staff numbers in favour of using expensive external contractors.

Pros

colleague support for one another

Cons

The WRAP of old is no more. Once an organisation with a solid foundation of staff, it is now so top heavy it's surprising it hasn't already toppled over. After 2 "restructures" - rounds of redundancy - in 2 years, where those who do the work have been culled, there's not much of WRAP left. The heads of and SLT are so detached from the rest of the staff that very few of them seem to comprehend what it is to do the actual work. Will WRAP even exist this time next year?... (NB - Harriet Lamb is no longer the CEO)
