Exposer to international work culture

Very low pay across the board. Management shows little genuine care for employees, and part-time staff in particular are exploited. There is no work-life balance to speak of. In my experience, the company had no issue withholding pay from a part-time employee even after three months of work — a serious lack of basic work ethics and respect for the people who keep things running.

Due to the companies struggle in understand the roles of different employees its possible to gain significant understanding in differnet aspects of working in a SaaS company - this allows for lots of responsibility and opportunity. For many students it can be difficult to find a job that doesnt involve physical labour - this job involves sitting at a desk which might appeal to some. Can for some be relevant working experience which might look good on a CV :)

Terrible management, awful company culture, when looking behind the "shiny curtain" the company also delves into highly unethical activity. Insane amount of employee exchanges - during my around 1 year of work 10+ inidividuals got hired and left/fired. An extreme amount considering the company at the time was under 12 employees. Can make it challenging to form bonds with colleagues.
