Pros
Consistent, fashion oriented, cool co-workers and environment to work in. Great for learning about brands and pricing them to sell. Lots of helpful people to help if you need it. Great job to pay the rent, you'll curate an amazing closet.
Cons
Bit overwhelming, on your feet, multitasking at times, running around fixing clothes, buying clothes, hanging clothes, censoring clothes, selling clothes. It's a large loop solely based around second hand clothing. Which is great, but it's dirty and draining. The management team is slightly corrupt as they pick favorites at times. Not lots of room for growth as they have many people in place at the top as it is. Long hours (12-8:30) most days, horrible break system (10 min break hour in, then 2 hours later you get a 30 minute break then 2 hours after that you get a 20 minute break.) It's manageable, but not ideal.
