Good ole boys mentality, operational mindset, disorganized, and not commercial. Watco is very disconnected unless you are at HQ. Also, forget about caring management or any attempt to know their employers on any other level than business. It is very, very fake, and I am sad for the others left in the trenches who continue to turn a blind eye or feed the beast. Do better, Watco executives, and get to know your frontline and the damage your management is doing.
