The people you work with every day (that aren't managers) will be some of the best people you will ever work with in your professional career.
Cons
Employees are over worked and underpaid, some managers verge on out right abusive. Employees are accused of being "millennials that use us as a stepping stone" when they leave, despite repeated and consistent employee feedback about wanting their time, talents, and opinions to be respected and valued. Expect to work 60+ hours a week during the season on salary.
