      Met nice people. Opportunities of salary increase, benefits, change job location, training.

      Cons

      Socially distant at times of shifts. Base wage is crazy low. Promotions could be elsewhere.

      There are no downsizes but if people can become permanent faster that would be awesome.

      -comparable salary -great benefits program -schools all have a different culture and background -multicultural school board -protective of employees and ensuring teachers have jobs

      Cons

      -head office is extremely busy - sometimes not efficient in operation -a lot of red tape -school board is in a smaller town -representatives are not always helpful
