The people I worked with were great and very capable but that is where it ends.

The way of working was not collaborative and was very much a top down approach. This led to a siloed work environment which is not very effective, especially in the development of new products. There was a weird suspicion of different departments which I have never experienced before. Management have no clear path to their goals due to ever shifting targets from the director level.

Onboarding process needs improvement – Initial training and orientation could be more structured to help new hires adapt quickly.
good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
