      - exciting technology - incredibly smart scientists - opportunity to be at forefront of exciting new therapeutics

      Cons

      - shifting budgets and priorities on a quarterly basis, makes it difficult to execute long term strategic plans (especially if a quarter has poor performance due to constant restructuring)
