Pros
Great company to work for. It’s a firm so even though each local office is small they pool their resources and operate at more of an advanced level than just a mom-and-pop shop. They place a great emphasis on the quality of their work and always want to put their best work out. The management is great. They tend to be very straightforward but it is meant to be constructive and helpful, not hurtful, so you just have to learn how to accept constructive criticism. They support education and allow working accommodations if you’re in school. They will also encourage and assist you to continue your education if you will agree to work for them. Overall it is a really good place to work, I am paid fairly, management is open to feedback from employees, I feel like my work is meaningful and helpful. It can tend to be a big work load but if you are an organized person with good time management you would enjoy it.
Cons
They make procedure changes frequently and sometimes it is hard to keep up with all
of the changes.
