Pros

A unique company culture that incorporates Agile in their teams. Open space setting with standing tables. Co-workers are professional, polite, and hardly squabble. Company leadership are accessible and have an open door policy.

Cons

Healthcare is very expensive and could be better. Needs to improve flexibility to work from home. Not enough performance evaluations done.

The customers were great to deal with.

Cons

Worked up to the number 2 spot in the department, given a promotion in March 2025. 33 years experience, the most educated in the department. Was terminated for knowing the job better then the new credit director
