      Benefits, pay, culture, work/family balance, great co-workers and attorneys are nice.

      Cons

      Work load, lack of help with overflow work, and Kelley Boswell is awful to work for if you make any complaints about her terrible treatment and expectations of you. Not appreciated for what you do.

      Most of the staff are nice to work with. Understanding about family issues/illness that comes up from time to time.

      Cons

      College degrees mean NOTHING to partners. Experience means a little.
