Some good & helpful colleagues. Can work from home.

Cons

Really low pay for 1 hour especially when you only need to work 4 days (including weekends). Already eat into your family time. Pay so low. Manager very pushy. Kept on assigning cases & don't bother to listen to employees eventhough they are struggling. Kept insisting need to learn and hands-on eventhough it seems like manager is trying to push as much work as she can to part-timers. Its all about KPI here. They prioritize quantity over quality. But when you do mistakes, its your fault. Everyday is a rush of madness to complete as much feedbacks m as they want.
