Pros
Generous PTO plan, casual work environment (jeans), support healthy life/work balance (flexible hours, time away for children's school activities, etc.), support remote associates (allow you to work from home office but do not compensate for expenses related to work such as Internet).
Cons
Completely disjointed management team. Each functional area of the company is focused on what's best for their department rather than what's best for the company as a whole. Very metrics driven, commonly resulting in driving undesirable behavior as a consequence. Zero resources allocated to proactively supporting training or career path development. Focus is on doing whatever is necessary to reduce expense and increase revenue.
