      Pros

      Overall, it's an awesome place to work. The values are not posters on the wall; people live them every day, and if they match what you are looking for, this is an excellent company to work for. Wave not only has an impactful mission but also treats people well. The internal people development programs are excellent, engineering challenges are very interesting, people are very kind and welcoming, and everyone is mission-driven. And the mission is a very impactful one. It ticks all the boxes I wanted for a job.

      Cons

      Thinking about this, I cannot think of real cons to work here. At least not for me, I'm sure other people could count the written culture as a negative, but I believe that helps with clarity of thinking and collaboration. If the values do not match you want, then they could be a con for you.

      Pros

      Well run company and engineering department. Nice and supportive coworkers. It's a company that has a mission and really believes in it and it's ability to improve people's lives. Opportunity to travel to work with others and to experience the African markets the company operates in.

      Cons

      Engineering is fully remote, which can be a little isolating. That said, people are always willing to jump on a call. Pay is on the low side.
