Sometimes they speak in their own languages (french most of the time, though it cannot be blamed since they're speaking to their "own people"), which may sometimes cause certain confusions for local employees.

There are many nationalities in this company. Co-workers are friendly and warm.

Workload was heavy and compensation was poor.
