Pros

• I have the management support I need to do my job well and learn. • The leaders are approachable, open to discussion and transparent. • Working hours of 8-5 allows for work-life balance. • The company genuinely cares about its employees. • There is heart to the team. Helping clients find the right person to into the right jobs is our mission, and you can see from the people you work with that there is pride in carrying out that mission.

Cons

1. Continuously evolving so will require high tolerance towards changes. Will take getting used to but as soon as you get it, or appreciate what you do as a company plus your role, then appreciating change becomes second nature. 2. Projects that will test your limitations. But it’s actually a good thing. You will discover that you can still go beyond the scope

Pros

The team here are honest and responsible team players. We are adaptable, fun and results focused. Team members can earn shares in the company, there is a strong company identity and culture. The Culture is: - Don't be afraid to make a mistake, as long as we have learnt something it was worth it - Everyone's opinion is valued if it wasn't they wouldn't work here - It isn't about being right but about getting the right result - Nobody knows better than the data - Complication is the enemy - We all enjoy coming to work - We are all in it together, if one of us needs support then we all help The team here are passionate and committed to deliver our mission, and it is a challenging but fulfilling place to work.

Cons

1.We don't have a process up and running for everything, team members need to be adaptable and flexible. 2.We are disrupting an archaic industry that makes a lot of people a lot of money but doesn't deliver the best for the job seeker or the employer. We will attract a lot of negativity on our journey from those practicing these outdated methods. This unavoidable, when you stand for something you believe in you often attract criticism.

- The leaders do not micromanage their employees - There's a strong support for growth and career development - Everyone is being given a chance to voice out opinion and ideas - Good family feel and friendly environment - Promotes work-life balance - Quarterly performance review, work from home every Friday, monthly lunch out and birthday leave

- No solid process in place for everything yet, but the team is working on it
