Low pay and the working environment is not ideal since a bunch of people just stuck in a rather small office. However this is not the worst part, the managers have some really big problems that you will need to do stuff that might be against your will which might get you in trouble and they don't care if that really happen. I will say really think twice before you actually accept the offer. Trust me, there are better jobs out there that you can work without having to worry that you will end up in a place you don't want to be.
