However, by far the biggest prevailing problem at Wawa is the hit or miss when it comes to management. When the managers are a hit, it's an absolute blessing to work with them. But when they're a miss, it turns work into a living hell. Lots of people who are managers really shouldn't be in that position, all thanks to favoritism. It all varies from store to store, so make sure that the one you're at has decent management.
