Pros

The only pro of working at this company is if you like to work on very heavy and detailed projects as a single person only

Cons

The company enforces an extremely rigid on-site attendance policy with strict in-and-out timings, and there is virtually no flexibility offered. Work-from-home requests are discouraged or declined, and the absence of remote options also limits travel to hometowns or handling personal commitments. Work culture tends to be highly micro-managed, with frequent task changes, rework, and shifting priorities. Even when there is no clear backlog or roadmap, employees may still be expected to stay in the office simply for the sake of presence rather than productivity. Compensation packages are significantly below industry standards, and salary growth opportunities are limited. Despite low pay, workload expectations are often equivalent to much more senior roles, and there is little alignment between responsibility and compensation. Learning and growth opportunities are minimal. The general environment prioritizes speed over quality or structured development, and there’s a tendency to push for fast delivery without adequate support or planning. The culture does not emphasize mentorship or skill development, and peer knowledge levels are inconsistent. Equipment and office resources are basic and insufficient for long-term use, which can impact productivity and health. Office amenities such as meals and workspace comfort are limited, and there is very little focus on employee well-being or work-life balance. The overall organizational approach appears reactive, with unclear long-term strategy, inconsistent decision-making, and limited financial incentives for employees. The company’s benefits, infrastructure, flexibility, and compensation are not competitive with similar roles in the market. Bottom Line: Those looking for competitive pay, modern work policies, clear career progression, or a supportive environment may want to carefully evaluate alternatives before accepting an offer here.
