Pros
Some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with who are all passionate and want to be part of something really cool. The office environment is fun and you have access to parking (which is a bonus in Auckland). The team are open and transparent and happy to answer any questions. Leadership were especially great when we were going through COVID-19 lockdown and showed us the strategy we would be taking in order to get through. The work is flexible as you can work from home or the office or a mix of both. Very responsive to my needs. It's not all roses and chocolates (although we do eat a lot of cake) but the positives far outweigh any negatives.
Cons
Sometimes the speed with which we operate can be challenging but that's part of the industry we are involved in. I don't have my own disco ball above my carpark (or my own named carpark).
