9-5, but it's because they don't want to pay overtime. Decent snacks to help you forget that you don't get paid much.
Cons
No room to grow your career. Company poorly run from a management perspective. Wrong people in leadership positions. Very low pay, even for video game development. Underbids for projects and then can't deliver. Artists, though the most skilled body as a whole, get treated terribly.
