Pros

The amount of technology that you touch and get to use. Card game during lunch.

Cons

Management does not listen to people and they belittle their employees. Management also has no idea what is happening in their company. They acquire a new client and just let the tech handle it from there with no communication passed down to the techs on what was promised to them. Pay is horrible for the amount of work they expect you to do. Are given projects and expected to complete them after hours not caring if you have a family, Waypoint claims they are a 9 to 5 but clearly are not.

Sadly this was a terminated employee. One of three in past 3 years. Not an accurate description but rather a vindictive slander attempt.

Pros

Flex time provided to employees, shared on call duties, assist in training and development. Benefits provided and a great atmosphere and work place. Is it tough sometimes taking care of our clients and there varying needs? Yes it is but that is why Waypoint is for strong, technology loving ,and challenge welcoming individuals. You get what you put in, just like life. I will help make sure of it!

Cons

With our volume level we are not able to hold hands or think for you so if that is what you need we are not the right fit. It takes a rare and capable person to be able to be communicative and team oriented and handle the volume we deal with daily and rise to the top and grow with Waypoint. We think that is a good thing.
