Management does not listen to people and they belittle their employees. Management also has no idea what is happening in their company.
They acquire a new client and just let the tech handle it from there with no communication passed down to the techs on what was promised to them.
Pay is horrible for the amount of work they expect you to do. Are given projects and expected to complete them after hours not caring if you have a family, Waypoint claims they are a 9 to 5 but clearly are not.
