Pros

The health benefits package was solid and the office environment was clean and maintained.

Cons

- I was doing the exact same work in year three that I was doing in year one, with no indication of any real progression or change. - There is no development structure, no mentorship, and no meaningful career guidance. - The work becomes a repetitive cycle of the same responsibilities with no path forward. - Repeated questions about growth opportunities were met with vague responses that led nowhere. - It became clear over time that there was no real interest in developing employees. - The company does not invest in people in any meaningful way and instead extracts work without offering growth in return. - By the end, it felt like years were spent without gaining any meaningful new skills, making the experience feel wasted.

Pros

I cannot say enough great things about working for We Are Alexander! From the very beginning, I have truly enjoyed being part of such an incredible team. I've learned so much about this industry and appreciate everyone's positive attitude. The training process made me feel supported, prepared, and set up for success. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a team that values quality, people, and excellence.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of; truly appreciative of everyone and Erica Davis for always going above and beyond.

Pros

I have been at We Are Alexander for over 15 years and have seen this agency go through so many different changes through the years, both good and bad. The past two years under new leadership have brought some of the strongest and most positive momentum I’ve experienced during my time here. Employee-First Leadership: Under new leadership, there is a clear shift toward prioritizing employees. Decisions feel more thoughtful, transparent, and people-focused than in previous years. They focus on employee growth and always aim to promote from within. We are also seeing consistent annual raises and potential bonus opportunities, which was not the case in the past. Flexibility and Work-Life Balance: The ability to work from anywhere, combined with a genuine respect for work-life balance, makes this a sustainable place to build a long-term career. Focus on New Business: There’s a stronger emphasis on winning new business, which has brought in exciting clients and brands that keep the work fresh and dynamic. It is good for everyone in the company when we expand our client roster. Investment in Technology: The agency is actively upgrading tools and processes, showing a commitment to long-term competitiveness and efficiency.

Cons

Growth can Bring Growing Pains: When upgrading tools and processes, there naturally comes an adjustment period that can slow productivity in the short term before the long-term benefits are realized. With upgrading our tools and software in addition to bringing in new clients, we are experiencing some temporary growing pains as we make our adjustments. Big picture, this is a good problem to have.
