      Staff are blamed for management inefficiencies. Staff are coerced into doing overtime where the main metric for promotion is based on how much overtime you put in. Racial discrimination as the good positions are predominantly white. Almost all managers and supervisors are on a very high power trip. Accountability and respect is foreign to them
