Great Work Culture - Product Designer We Discover Employee Review

I'm currently halfway through my internship at We Discover, and so far it has been an amazing opportunity to learn and develop my skills. The team are all approachable, friendly and supportive, and because it's a small company it's easy to ask people from multiple teams for help when it's needed. Management do a great job at making sure the work I do is worthwhile and actually helps both myself and the company - it's not an internship where I've been stuck doing useless desk research all day. It's a nice balance between pushing me out of my comfort zone and allowing me the independence to learn, but without putting pressure on me to be perfect. Overall I've had a great experience so far and am looking forward to the next 3 months!

As a relatively new employee with We Discover (> 1 year), I have had such a wonderful welcome into this busy brand and research agency. The culture of this close-knit team is what sets the business apart from any other I have worked in. The team is very hardworking, talented and passionate about what they do, but they also know how to have a laugh and incorporate fun into the working week. We Discover is a very supportive workplace, with a rewarding environment for those who want to develop their careers in this space. It is a great place to work!
