9yThanks very much for your review and feedback. We're always looking at new ways of rewarding staff both for their performance and their consistency.
We do acknowledge there are pressures on the "sales floor", unfortunately some of that is unavoidable however it is something we are always looking to address with new ideas - the 'Know Your Numbers' events we recently put together were aimed at encouraging people to become more active (through the subsidised gym memberships if they wished, or otherwise just through improvements in lifestyle) and therefore reduce their own stress levels through exercise.
Your feedback about targeting on packs in is heard and appreciated. It'll continue to be a primary topic for discussion within the management team.
