      Pros

      The employees at We First are good people with good intentions. They are smart, strategic, kind, and deserve to be treated as such.

      Cons

      We First's CEO and Founder is as phony and fraudulent as they come. The way he conducts his business and treats his employees behind the scenes could not be more different than the "mission" his company is founded on. He strokes his nightmarish ego by using his employees' ideas and hard work, claiming them as his own. Nothing that this man does aligns with the "purposeful" values that his company claims to be founded upon. He is an abusive, manipulative man. After day 1, I began a new job search.

First up, let me apologize that your experience at We First wasn’t positive and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. With regard to your concerns, you mentioned you weren’t happy since Day One. Not every freelance project is the right fit and I wish you had shared any issues with us. We also never want you feeling that your time was abused or taken advantage of. That would be, as you say, anything but “We First.” Finally, work done by anyone on the team – freelance or full time - is always considered We First’s work, no matter who is presenting it. As an ongoing practice, We First is deeply committed to its ‘open door’ policy where anyone can share concerns or frustrations. Clearly that system failed here and I’m sorry that was your experience. The door is always open to address any issues and I hope you connect. At We First we work hard to make sure it’s a truly positive experience for everyone in the team and it’s a responsibility we take very seriously. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and I wish you the best.
