Fundraising issues / limited budgets made plans hard.

Great company culture - feels like everyone is invested in the charity's vision and working towards the aims of opening up science. Plenty of support during venue closure.

No full-time option for operations role (30hrs/week). Lack of progression for operational/visitor-facing roles.
