Cons
- Micromanaging and dictatorship culture from the founder. - Most people leave after 2/3 months before probation ends cause they can't take the verbal abuse the founder gives everyday. - The founder hates people who work from home because he can't control what you're doing, so there is no actual flexible working culture. There is no trust and be trusted culture. - The creative team has no management therefore not career progression. - The management team is just there to please the founder so don’t expect them to so much for you. - All the 5stars reviews have been fabricated by the management team and they constantly delete bad reviews. - Sexist at a whole different level. “I hire females because they’re submissive and get the job done!”. Honestly, if you’re a female DO NOT WORK for this company. - The founder becomes so petty when you hurt his ego. When a colleague resigned he was like “I’m glad she’s leaving because she cries all the time”. Overall, this is not a positive environment where you can grow and progress, it’s quite the opposite. VERY TOXIC!
